Method

Mince a few onions and cook them in butter; cut your beef in thin slices, cook them for a few minutes, add a tablespoonful of consommé, a little tomato sauce, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic finely chopped. Put in a fireproof dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add a few small pieces of butter and cook in the oven till well brown.
