Method

Cook the sausages in the oven. Brown in butter an onion finely chopped, add a pinch of flour, a spoonful of consommé, a spoonful of white wine, salt and pepper, cook for a quarter of an hour, add just before serving a little more butter and lemon juice. Cover the sausages with this and serve very hot.
