Method

Cook (in their skins) some potatoes in salted water, preferably the long yellow kind. Dry them well, peel them, cut them in slices. Melt in a flat saucepan a good piece of butter, add a drop of water, a little salt; add the potatoes, cook five minutes, add chopped parsley and serve.
