Method

Put the larger ones on the grill and grill them for a few minutes on both sides. With the smaller ones make a mince, adding chopped garlic and shallots, parsley, salt and pepper, and a drop of lemon juice. Put the Grilled mushrooms in an oiled dish, cover them with a thick coating of mince and brown in the oven.
