Method

Boil carrots, potatoes, French beans, peas (they should be boiled separately, as they are not all boiled in the same way). When cold, cut them in very small cubes. Add also (cut in small cubes) ham, beetroot, cucumber. Season with salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. About one hour later add a mayonnaise sauce and mix well together.
