Take a good-sized melon, preferably a cantaloup. Cut open the top, remove all seeds and scoop out the flesh with a silver spoon. Mix together strawberries, raspberries, apricots cut in small pieces, peaches, some of the melon flesh, a fewgreen almonds, add sugar and a liqueur glass of kirsch. Put it all back in the melon and let it stand a quarter of an hour in a cool place. This salad should be made, of course, only with fresh fruit.
