Banana Ice-Cream

Method

All the fun of banana ice-cream, without the sugar, eggs or cream. Peel 8 firm ripe bananas, wrap in cling film and freeze overnight. Soften for 20 minutes, then roughly chop and whiz until thick and creamy. Eat now, or refreeze, in which case soften for 20 minutes before you slice or scoop.
