Bake 4 unpeeled bananas at 180°C/Gas 4 for 30 minutes until the skin is black. Finely chop 100 g dark, bitter chocolate and 2 tbsp walnuts. Gently slit the skin and peel back the top part. Scatter the split with chocolate and nuts, then serve with ice-cream.
