You may serve this mousse in a soufflé dish on its own.
This is the mousse for Lemon Mist Torte.
Pour the water into a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over it and set aside until softened.
Separate the eggs, placing the whites in the bowl of a heavy-duty mixer and the yolks in the top of the double boiler. Stir the yolks with a whisk to combine; then add the
