Ingredients

  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) unsalted butter

Method

Chop the chocolate into matchstick-size pieces. Place the butter in a 1-quart mixing bowl. Add the chocolate, fit the bowl snugly over another bowl half filled with hot tap water (120 to 140 degrees) and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the bottom container, take
