Years ago I worked in a café where we made this dressing using cup measures rather than tablespoons. The dressing was ladled out of a large preserving jar and drizzled over a tuna salad. The ginger- sesame flavours in the dressing are delicious, and if you love noodle salads and make them often, then I recommend you make a large batch of the dressing and store it in a glass jar in the fridge. It only improves with age and is beautiful drizzled over noodles, salads, chicken and seafood.
