It does take a little more time to make this recipe than the others but it’s definitely worth it, and you can always make the chicken filling ahead of time. You can have lots of fun with the filo pastry topping by scrunching it, rippling it, slicing thin lines into it, sprinkling it with sesame seeds or just simply laying it over the filling.
