Whenever I cook Sunday lunch at home (which isn’t very often) I always cook this recipe. The different colours of the honey glazed vegetables make for an appetising eye-full.

Ingredients

  • ½ celeriac
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 parsnips
  • 1

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180°C.
  2. Peel all the vegetables and cut them into 3 cm sized wedges.
  3. Heat an ovenproof pan and add the olive oil. Wait until the oil is hot then add the vegetables.
