This is an autumn pudding but, as the seasons change, use the best seasonal fruit that you can buy. During spring try to use fresh peaches and cherries.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cream Cheese Mousse recipe
  • 2 purple figs, cut in half 2 plums, stoned and sliced in half
  • 16 blackber

Method

  1. Make the Cream Cheese Mousse and place in the fridge until needed.
  2. Place a baking tray in the oven and preheat to Gas Mark 4/180°C.
  3. Cut two 30 x 30 cm sheets of aluminium foil and place them on top of each other. Fold over three of the edges
