Like many stir-fried dishes, this wockpool noodle bar favourite is extremely easy to make. The secret is to make sure you have all the ingredients together and ready to go as once the wok is fired up, there is no going back!
Pickled mustard greens are the leaves and stalks of mustard greens blanched and preserved in salt, sugar and vinegar. They are available in tins from Asian food stores.
