This is a terrific Thai-style stir-fry, quite similar to the classic Chinese dish of dry-fried beans, but made spicier by the addition of a spice paste. It is easy to add layers of flavour to dishes such as this, so take some of the stir-fries you may already cook and add a simple paste. Taste the difference? soon you will be seduced by spice!
