This sauce goes well with white-cut chicken, and master stock chicken, or it can be simply drizzled over fried chicken.


  • 2 knobs ginger, finely diced
  • ½ cup Chinese black vinegar


Mix the ginger with the vinegar and leave the sauce to stand for 1 hour before serving.
