I stumbled upon these rolls by sheer coincidence, not realizing that after being cooked, rice sheets transform from sheets to rolls. To my surprise, in their new form, they became a perfect vehicle for sauce and accompaniments. The potent flavor of fermented beans combined with aromatic sauces like doubanjiang and crispy chili oil makes this dish both tasty and fun to eat.
