Do you remember when mom or grandma would make burgers at home, and you just couldn’t put your finger on why it was so dang good? We’re pretty sure it’s this “secret” ingredient: onion soup mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce (28 g) onion soup mix, approximately ½ packet (We use Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion

Method

  1. Before cooking, take the onion soup mix and fold into the ground beef.
  2. Divide the ground beef mixture into two evenly sized loosely packed meatballs.
  3. Turn the griddle on to medium/high to high heat (above 400°F [200°C]).
  4. Once the griddle is to temperature, lay the oil on the griddle.
