The first time we tried making Nashville Hot, we were blown away. We cannot believe how incredibly packed with flavor this zesty and refreshing smash burger is!
Ingredients
1tablespoon (14g) mayonnaise, plus additional for topping
Turn the griddle on to medium heat (350°F [180°C]).
While the griddle is coming up to temperature, spread mayonnaise on the inside of each of the buns and place on the griddle facedown. Once the buns are toasted to a light golden brown, pull and set aside.
Once the griddle is to temperature, lay the oil on the griddle.
