Method

  1. Turn the griddle on to medium/low heat (300 to 325°F [150°C to 170°C]).
  2. Once the griddle is to temperature, lay the oil on the griddle, followed by the ground beef. Cook until browned (approximately 4–5 minutes).
  3. Pour the taco seasoning into the ground beef. Pull the ground beef off the heat once the seasoning is mixed in (approximately 3–4 minutes).<
