A friend once said, “No one goes to Denny’s; they just end up there.” Well, if they end up there, most likely someone is ordering the Moons Over My Hammy sandwich. This homemade version is even better. So now you can say, “No one ever goes to Denny’s for Moons Over My Hammy—they just come home.”

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, cracked and whisked in a bowl
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon

Method

  1. Turn the griddle on to low heat (200–250°F [93–120°C]).
