Ingredients

Method

  1. Turn the griddle on to medium/low heat (300 to 325°F [150°C to 170°C]).
  2. Once the griddle is to temperature, lay the oil on the griddle, followed by the spinach.
  3. Cook the spinach in the oil, moving the spinach around, and cook for approximately 2 minutes (the spinach will reduce by more than half the original size). Pull from the heat and set aside.
