Whenever we go to a restaurant that serves a French dip sandwich, it’s tough NOT to order it. Learning how to make a simple version of our own was one of the best cooking decisions we’ve ever made.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter, divided
  • ½ yellow onion, sliced

Method
