Mustard makes a fine base for a paste, since it naturally clings to any food you wish to pair it with. Wonderful on salmon steaks, chicken thighs, and pork.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sweet hot mustard
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • Juice of 1

Method

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate overnight.
