  • About

The master of American cooking, James Beard, used a marinade similar to this on many outdoor dishes. Its slight Asian accent mates well with salmon, pork, chicken, and duck.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup dry sherry
  • ½ cup

Method

Whisk the ingredients together in a large bowl. The marinade can be covered and refrigerated for several days.
