  • About

A zingy combo, flavored with citrus and horseradish, this is a winner on chicken, pork, shrimp, and meaty white fish such as red snapper.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup

Method

Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and bring the liquid to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and cook the mixture until it thickens, approximately 40 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve the sauce warm or chilled. It keeps, refrigerated, for a couple of weeks.
