Here’s an ice cream alternative to the winter favorite, filling enough to replace dessert.

Ingredients

1½ ounces dark rum
1 large scoop butter pecan ice cream
½ cup cra

Method

In a blender, combine the rum, ice cream, ice, and bitters and blend until smooth. Pour the drink into a balloon-shaped wine glass. Sprinkle it with nutmeg, garnish with the orange slice, and serve immediately.
