A rather Scandinavian tasting sauce that can double as a salad dressing.


  • 500 ml double cream
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 t


Put all the ingredients in a bowl, stir, leave in the kitchen for 1 hour and then stir again. The cream should thicken and be ready to serve. If this thickening does not happen immediately do not worry; keep stirring and it will within 2 minutes.
