It’s fun having a neighbour like Bar Italia. Apart from anything else the availability of first-class coffee, day and night, on one’s doorstep is a huge bonus. The place’s popularity at night completely transforms Frith Street. Crowds mill about in a very Latin manner, behaving animatedly without the impetus of alcohol.
