Adding buttermilk to this pancake recipe really helps fluff up the batter when cooking, and you can make these sweet or savoury, or both! For a true American breakfast top them with blueberries, maple syrup and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 125 g plain flour
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 tsp

Method

Preheat the oven to 120°C/gas mark ½ and put a clean oven tray or wire rack in the middle of the oven.
