Strawberry & Cherry Pies

Making beautiful pies is something I enjoy doing very much indeed. I enjoy the creative freedom, getting lost in the design, going with the flow and seeing what happens. Ultimately, food is all about flavour and pleasure in eating, therefore no matter how pretty something is, it still has to be cooked properly.
