Coffee & Walnut Mini Loaf Cakes

I’m a bit of a newbie to coffee, only starting to enjoy it fairly recently. My Mum loved coffee, she couldn’t function’ without her morning cup or three, or so she said. I would often try and join her in this morning ritual, but I just couldn’t get used to it. Whether through age, changing tastes or persistence, I like coffee now, and fully understand her need for that morning boost! These little cakes are the perfect partner to that said cuppa but are equally as delicious with tea.
