Iced Lemon Biscuits

Iced biscuits (cookies) can be as elaborate and fun as you want them to be. There are so many different types of cookie cutters available that you could literally make biscuits (cookies) suitable for any occasion. They make beautiful gifts too, cut and decorated then wrapped to suit the person you have made them for. The options are limitless. I really enjoy getting creative when icing mine, never really having a plan, just going with the flow and letting the patterns emerge in the process.
