Chocolate Mousse

A rich chocolate mousse is a simple yet luxurious dessert. Made in advance and set in pretty glasses, it will need little more attention other than being taken to the table. I adorn the top of each serving with Meringue Kisses, grated chocolate and softly whipped cream – the addition of some texture and decoration only adding to the luxury.
