I love lemon curd and use it for many different things, whether simply spread onto toast or drizzled over crepes, layered between cakes or swirled in to yoghurt. It’s also great for enhancing desserts, as it provides little pockets of sharp citrus flavour to balance out any sugary sweetness, enlivening everything from fruit tarts to a pavlova.
