Tamarilio Sauce

This Ecuadorian sauce is a great delight in both flavor and color. I have used it in Thick Potato Soup with Favas and Hominy Soup. Once tried, it calls out for other inventions. Cooks without tamarillos can use Tomato Plum Sauce.
