Pepper Jelly

• 6 cups [1.2 kg] sugar
• 1½ cups [360 ml

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the sugar, vinegar, and peppers and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in the pectin. To store, see Canning 101.
