  • 4 cups [600 g] fresh sweet corn kernels

Method

In a medium or large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter, then add the corn kernels and sprinkle with salt. Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the corn has browned slightly and begins to pop.
