  • 1 cup [150 g] chopped asparagus stalks, ends trimmed, cut into ½ in [12 mm] pieces

Method

In a medium sauté pan over medium heat, sauté the asparagus with the olive oil for 3 minutes, or until bright green. In a mixing bowl, using your hands, toss together the asparagus, goat cheese, green onions, and parsley. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pie shell. Follow the remaining directions for Baptism Quiche.
