Christmas Beef Tenderloin

In my family, we don’t do Christmas Eve without beef tenderloin. This marinade was given to my mom by a friend years ago, and although I am not typically a fan of marinades for beef, this one is a giant exception. There’s something magnificent about the display of a whole beef tenderloin, and its delicate, rich flavor always lives up to the hype.
