  • 2 cups (14 oz/400 gm) Jasmine rice

Method

    Using a Rice Cooker

  1. Rinse rice in a mesh strainer or colander under cool running water for 30 seconds, massaging it gently to remove any talc or dust. Drain well.
  2. Transfer to a rice cooker and add water. Even out rice surface with your hands. Turn the cooker on (or Follow manufacturers directions).
  3. When rice is done, fluff gently with a fork
