Using a Rice Cooker
- Rinse rice in a mesh strainer or colander under cool running water for 30 seconds, massaging it gently to remove any talc or dust. Drain well.
- Transfer to a rice cooker and add water. Even out rice surface with your hands. Turn the cooker on (or Follow manufacturers directions).
- When rice is done, fluff gently with a fork
