  • 8 sprigs Asian basil
  • 8 to 12 leaves Sawleaf herb (culanto)
  • ¼ cup Sliced hot chilies, green or red, about inch (0.3 cm.) thick
  • 3 cups Bean sprouts, trimmed, about ½ lb. (227 g.)
  • 2 medium Lime, cut into Southeast Asian style wedges
  • As needed Vietnamese chili sauce (tương ớt tỏi) or store bought


  1. Arrange all ingredients on plates or in bowls and place on table. Guest will add these by hand.
