Freezer Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sometimes, you just need a cookie—or a dessert for a last-minute gathering. Whatever the emergency may be, a batch of frozen chocolate chip cookie dough is the answer. I keep these in my freezer at all times, which is why I’ve included them in my Essentials chapter. Sometimes I bake them, and sometimes I don’t. What you choose to do is your business.
