The azalea is the signature drink served during the Masters at Augusta National. While the official version uses sweetened lemonade in place of plain lemon and pineapple juices, my preferred way to enjoy an azalea is this one.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (60 ml) pineapple juice

Method

In a large glass or small pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, vodka, lemon juice, and grenadine. Add ice and stir. Strain mixture and pour over a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
