Vidalia Onion Dip

These three dips make frequent appearances at my parties because they’re easy, can be made ahead, and everyone loves them. The peach salsa is best for summer parties, when peaches and tomatoes are at their ripest, though mango is also a great substitute when peaches are hard to come by. Whipped feta is so easy, you’d be silly NOT to make it. And this book wouldn’t be complete without an onion dip recipe, because onion dip is, objectively, the best dip in the world.
