This is one of our favourite ways to start the day. It’s really easy and it’s packed with tons of wonderful nutrients. Our homemade Gingerbread Granola is a winner with this smoothie bowl, but you can use a shop-bought version if you’re short of time.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ ripe mango
  • 50 g fresh spinach leaves

Method

Peel and roughly dice the banana and mango into 2cm pieces, then add the flesh to a freezerproof container and freeze overnight.
