There’s nobody more obsessed with mushrooms than our friend Derek Sarno from Wicked Healthy. Inspired loosely by Derek, our version uses shitake mushrooms and we throw them together with cajun seasoning and BBQ sauce, then top with gherkins for that satisfying crunch.
