This bread has a denser texture than regular bread and keeps well for a few days. Even when this bread is a few days old, you can brush it with oil and grill it on the barbecue or chargrill. Spread it with a mild chilli jam or relish, add your favourite topping and away you go! Use fine ground polenta in the dough or the bread will feel quite gritty in the mouth.
